For Art

We hope that you will love your new piece of art, but we understand that sometimes we change our minds. We aim to seek a resolution as quickly as possible.

We would encourage an exchange or a commission if you don't like your piece.

We offer refunds on purchases of art, as long as there is no damage or marks.

You have 14 days to return the item.

All returns must be paid for by the customer, sorry

Any damage that has occurred in transit, please contact us ASAP

For courses and art classes

If you book a course and can no longer attend please look at alternative dates or purchases

Due to the small class sizes - refunds can be issued 28 days before, exchanges up until 7 days before.
